Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sarah Vivian. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a refund or exchange (where applicable). Please review the details below.

Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Sale items are eligible for refund, provided they meet the return requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary).

  4. If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first at contact@sarahvivian.com before returning your item.
